Inconsiderate, lazy and racist. This is how customer service treated me at Home Depot Gatineau. Especially a manager treated me with no respect from the moment she heard me speaking English instead of French. She turned her back to me! She refused to sell me a product I ordered online, that was not on the shelf, true, but it was “in the van”, just because I did not receive the pick up email (but I called before and was told to come pick it up!). Despicable!

We went to the Gatineau Store and the cashier #1 was Sylvie, her service was excellent. I made a little joke and we had a little laugh. she made sure I was paying the right price and thank me for shopping to Home depot. It made may day specially during the covid.
