Coiffure Studio 2000

I went to get my roots retouched 6 months regrowth. My hair is blonde. Flore colored and bleached my hair and the roots turned brassy orange. My scalp was red and now my hair is burnt and damaged. She was rude to me I am very disappointed and will not go back. Terrible service she should retire. They put a dark color on my hair to cover the orange not what I wanted at all

Je viens de déménager dans l'ouest de l'ile et j'ai pris une chance avec ce salon. Je n'y retournerai jamais. D'abord, le coiffeur avait une heure de retard sur mon r.v. et il ne s'est aucunement excusé de la situation. En plus il a répondu à son tél cellulaire et jasé à deux reprises. Lorsque je suis cliente et que je paie pour un service je m'attend à un peu plus de respect à mon égard, d'autant plus que j'étais une nouvelle cliente!

Wonderful Service

Finding a new hairdresser is always a challenge. A friend referred me to 2000 almost two years ago and I haven't looked back since! The stylists and assistants are friendly, but not intrusive (and not gossipy). I usually ask for the same stylist all the time, but used another one once and I was pleased with her as well. They are very accommodating. They will give you a reminder call if you desire.

I was treated bad...

I was treated badly. I booked my appointment in advance and came on time, but I was not treated as a valued customer. They didn't have time for me. Finally I left unfinished, with wet hair. They said they were too busy. I will never go back.
