My husband and I have been having problems with UPS for the past couple of years. They lose packages. Theres no way to get in contact with them. Even UPS customer service cant reach the warehouse or brokers. Ive called UPS numerous times,talked to at least 30 people since last week, still no luck. No one knows whats going on with my package. I paid duty & customs so $30.25 down the drain as theres no way to reach them for a refund.Very frustating and unacceptable!Terrible service!
