By far, the WORST customer service I’ve ever experienced or heard of. They bagged the wrong dress and sent me home with someone’s else’s dress. When I advised them of the error, they claimed they don’t make mistakes and I was a “confused bride” who doesn’t remember the dress I bought. There are SO MANY bridal stores in and around Montreal. Don’t choose this one. Talk to people you know to get a second opinion. I guarantee you’ll hear horror stories like I did when I shared my story.

Amazing service, amazing staff! Both my sisters got their wedding dresses here and they were each taken care of at each of their appts. It’s been almost 2 years between the last time we have been for each of my sisters and it’s as if Chantal and team keep striving to offer the best experience for every bride! Sarah served us this weekend and she is amazing! Super friendly, honest and knows her stuff. Even with covid my family and I felt very safe! Definitely recommend any bride to be to go here

Mauvaise ambiance. Mauvaise technique de vente. Très mauvaise expérience

C’est la pire expérience que j’ai eu de ma vie. Vous êtes un simple numéro qu’il faut se débarrasser au plus vite pour passer au prochain. Je vous explique. Ce n’est pas grand il prenne plusieurs rdv donc pour être a l’heure c’est évidant que vous devez débarrasser au plus vite. Elle vous apporte quelques robes de votre sélections des qu’il y en a une que vous aimez elle serrage pour ne plus vous amenez d’autre belles robes. C’est vraiment pas une place a conseiller!

Excellent service ! La conseillère Cynthia est extraordinaire. La plus large collection de robes de mariée et prix compétitif.

SOYER VIGILANT ! SE SONT DES MONTANT DE PLUS DE $1000 QU'ILS DEMANDENT EN DEPOT !!!!
