Worst service. Unsatisfied.

I went there to buy water resistant boots for work. One of their employees showed me the boots by saying it is waterproof, so I bought it. My company paid the half and I paid the other half for it. The next day, at work, the boots became so wet that I couldn't wear it anymore. I went back to the store, he changed me to another one but the same thing happened. I talked to the manager and she refused to give my money back + she thought that I don't speak French and she bullshitted about me!
