NEVER BUY FROM STRUCTUBE They dont care about their customer or product. They sent me items that were either returns or displays, even though the items are listed as new on the website. Its been over a month and I still havent received the items that I ordered, and no one at Structube is telling me when I will get them. Heres the full timeline. This happened this year. April 17th, I placed an order on for a Conrad 3 drawer chest, a Conrad bedside table and a carpet. May 3rd, Order arrives

Je suis insatisfaite de la qualité des produits achetés chez Structube, mais surtout du service après vente et du manque de transparence de la compagnie. Si je pouvais revenir en arrière je ne ferais pas confiance à cette entreprise.

They really need to invest in training their salesmen some basic manners.

BAD Service ever!

Bad customer service ever! I received a bed with defective pieces and asked them to change it. First it was so difficult to get them. No customer service contact information was available. No one picks up the phone at store. So I had to go in person twice to ask for the replacement. Then two weeks passed and no news of them. I had to contact again and again too get the answer! Still did not get the replacement! Highly not recommended!!!!!

Worst furniture store ever. Avoid like the plague.

Customer service ...

Customer service was more than sub par. No reasonable delivery service (I am 140km away from store) and picking up my items once they arrived was more than complicated. They wanted me to: Go to the store to pick up an delivery order receipt (already paid the items in full and had original receipt...) and then go to their warehouse to pick up my items. I requested the said paperwork be emailed to me but the answer was a flat out no. It was company policy. I'm limited to 500 but i could go on.

They have the best looking light fixtures at incredible prices.
