Horrible company. Their customer service is inept. Website is useless, barely able to print any forms and doesn’t list unpaid requests or why they were refused. They use email system that is identical to the ones used by hackers to steal information from you. You know how most companies tells people that their reps will never ask them for personal information, well not Blue Cross Medavie. They’ll send you phishing emails that could include viruses and up to you to figure out the real from fake.
