So happy with your service. 3 payments have been taken out of my bank account and I never made them. Think it’s time to switch to another bank, this is absolutely crazy.

This branch dosnt seem to be welcoming. They have make comments that have no relevance to the service that they provide. The individual was corrected by another staff member, they did not apologize and they processed to walk away. Leaving the customer in a situation that was not pleasant. i.e crying and not having the ability to speak up do to the upset state that they were in. They have lost a branch customer, and this person is rethinking about there investments/ accounts at Scotia Bank.
