Overlander Sports

Ordered a bike, had issues with assembly with the crank shaft and pedals. Seems the crankshaft threads wasn't machined correctly thus having difficulties with the pedals. After my first ride, pedal fell completely off with a stripped crank shaft on one side, took the other pedal off and saw it was happening to the other pedal with metal shavings. essentially both sides. So, I was on my way to Kugluktuk in January with my old, thin parka, and I was in the airport down south when I realized that I did not bring my second jacket. Disaster! I looked online and called Overlander Sports. I was helped by Gavin who picked the right jacket and delivered it to my hotel because I was flying in after close and flying out before the store opened in the am. Jacket was in the hotel on my arrival. Hopefully next time in Yellowknife I will get to meet the staff at Overlander!!
