65+ Compressor Packages and 125,000+ HP Installed
Challenge:
A single customer needed more than 65 three-stage CAT 3606 / Dresser Rand 7HOS4 reciprocating compressor packages deployed across multiple sites in the Permian Basin—all within 12 months. The project demanded precision, speed, and seamless integration.
Solution
We engineered, designed, and manufactured each package—delivering 1,785 HP or 1,875 HP and 6.8 MMSCFD of flow—and partnered with Dresser Rand and CAT technicians to ensure a streamlined onsite build and commissioning process.
Outcome
With units spread across West Texas, Enerflex’s team moved fast, commissioning up to three units per week. From setting engines on skids to final alignments, we handled every detail. Our efficiency strengthened a 25+ year partnership, proving why customers trust Enerflex to deliver more, every time.
