Helping South Etobicoke Move & Feel Better Since 2015.
“We’ll help you maximize your body’s potential —be your best self. ”
Park Lawn Physiotherapy in Etobicoke was created to offer personable, customized care that focuses on helping the body heal in the most natural way. We don't believe complex equipment or devices are necessary to achieve your health goals. In fact, we rely on movement and encourage using body weight, gravity and simple equipment which can be used at home or at your workplace to perform our prescribed exercises. In our clinic we use highly attuned hands-on techniques to move your joints, soft tissue and neural tissue. We treat all types of people — from athletes to those who have little experience with exercise.
We believe in natural healing
We believe in our body's ability to repair itself. All of our techniques help accelerate the healing process. In our approach we may use deep heating modalities in combination with a variety of manual techniques to accelerate healing or improve function. The most important part to recovery we believe is exercise/movement. Physiotherapists are movement specialists. Most of the exercises involve the use of body weight and gravity to achieve the desired results. Some of the movements are commonly practiced in yoga, pilates and calisthenics.
We’re evidence based
Our goal is to diagnose the underlying root of the problem, rather than only treating your symptoms. We follow the most recent research evidence when designing your treatment protocol and consider your personality, preference and lifestyle to help you achieve the best possible results.
We’re fully digital
You can book any appointment online, access your online account any time from home or use our exercise application to perform/keep track of all your assigned exercises. Although all is available via your computer or smart device we also accommodate those who would rather not use our online system.
We give you our full attention
We believe that the highest quality care is provided by physiotherapists themselves in a one-on-one private environment. As such, we do not use physiotherapy assistants or kinesiologists. Because we value your time and energy you will have the full attention of one of our highly skilled and experienced physiotherapists throughout the duration of your treatment.
If you are looking to address a pain, injury or chronic condition, send us an email at info@parklawnphysio.ca or give us call at (647) 792-7689 to book your Initial Assessment.

Physiotherapists are movement specialists who diagnose injury, disease, disorders, or lifestyle issues with the goal of restoring the body ability to function as it should.
Sometimes, all your body needs are a few simple adjustments to regain its balance and alignment. This might mean taking a break from certain activities to allow for healing. Other times, a more hands-on approach to rehabilitation is required.
We utilize the latest evidence-based methods to help you achieve your health goals. From manual joint mobilization and soft tissue release to nerve mobilization, stretching techniques, and exercise therapy; we tailor our therapeutic strategies to meet your unique needs.

Our fees range from $110 - $140 for an Assessment and $90 and up for a Treatment. Our most up-to-date fees are on our online booking page.

Yes, if you have the luxury of time before yoru surgery, pre-hab helps reduce pain, prevent complications, and shorten post-surgical downtime, making it an essential part of any recovery-focused physiotherapy program. Whether you're preparing for surgery, an intense sports season, or simply want to prevent future injuries, pre-hab gives you the best possible start.
-
After surgery, injury, or a setback, rehabilitation ("re-hab") is essential for regaining strength, mobility, and function. A structured physiotherapy program helps reduce pain, restore movement, and prevent re-injury, ensuring you return to daily activities or sports safely and confidently.
-
Recovery doesn’t end when the pain stops—Post-Hab (post-rehabilitation) is the key to maintaining strength, mobility, and long-term health after injury or surgery. Once you’ve completed your rehab program, continuing with guided exercises and movement strategies helps prevent re-injury, build resilience, and keep you performing at your best.
