GENMS undertook a variety of IT projects including Network Design Management, Service Management, Installation, Data Analysis and Network Monitoring, Problem resolution and Problem Management. The application will be deployed to over 115 vessels and some 300 users in a decentralized mode, as well as running for an additional 50 shore based users in a centralized mode.
