I have used Wolf Creek Building supplies for approximately 13 years now as my exclusive supplier for building materials for the custom homes that build. Part of their service to us is estimating and take off services. I have always found that their quotes have been accurate and extremely timely. When we do a quote for a customer it is very important that we get the quotes back to the them quickly to keep the customer satisfied as that is the first interaction with our company. I have about a dozen trades and suppliers that get quotes back to me and typically Wolf Creek is always one of the first ones to get it back to me.
Over the years there has been tremendous fluctuations in pricing on products such as lumber and drywall and they have always done their best to shield our company from drastic price changes after the homes have been quoted even if the home is being built several months later.
