Three members of my family have all resided in Hyde Park Place in separate units since it's opening. The building is clean and well managed and staff provide exceptional service. The units are bright and the atmosphere is welcoming. I would recommend this building and Old Oak Properties as a whole to anyone looking for an apartment in London Ontario.

I have been living with Old Oak for a few years now and have had great experiences. The staff is great and quick to respond to any questions I may have. They are very professional. I will be living with them for many more years!

This apartment has everything you need. Friendly superintendent. Good sized washer and dryer in suite. Window treatments already installed. Granite counter top. It is definitely a luxury apartment. But every time I come to visit my mother, I want to live here!

I just moved into Old Oak's new high-rise building on Richmond. Amazing view from my apartment and the staff are always helpful. I would definitely recommend this building to anyone looking to live in the downtown core.

We're having an amazing experience working with Laura. In her first email correspondence, she provided basically all the information we never even knew we needed which got us really excited. She was able to squeeze us in to view a few units on a very busy day at the construction site, and she went above and beyond to make sure we were able to access the units we wanted to see. The virtual application process was smooth and quick and Laura was available to answer all our questions. We are really looking forward to moving in!

Me and my family are thankful to have building managers like Christine & Joe. From the very beginning they have been very friendly, informative and extremely helpful. When anything needs to be repaired or replaced in the apartment, they are always there to take care of even the smallest detail.

I have nothing but excellent things to say about The Building I live in. The building itself is kept so emasculate! Exactly what I was looking for when searching for a luxury Apartment Building. Old oak is exactly what I was hoping for and has lived up to the expectations of a luxury Apartment living.

Just a quick note of praise to all Old Oak staff who are going above and beyond, especially during the Covid Crisis. It is so nice to still see smiling staff who really care about doing right by their residents and co-workers. Well done Old Oak and thank you. Keep up the good work !
