After a day at the PNE, my friend and I tried Paliottis West Side for some decent vegan food. We were impressed by the delicious vegan options, attentive staff, and cozy atmosphere at this small restaurant off Lougheed Hwy.

During our most recent visit, we were not acknowledged at the door for our reservation for at least 5-7 minutes, staff was no where in sight and restaurant only had two tables occupied. Once seated, our table was so wobbly I expected the top to fall off at any moment. There were a bunch of fruit flies hovering around us, even after we moved to a more stable table. It feels like the mobile food services take priority within the kitchen, which is very disappointing for the customers that come to have a nice experience. I love their food -especially the vegan menu - but they REALLY need to up their customer service/cleanliness/tables if they want to up their stars!!

Dining with you was for a Special Celebration. How your Waitress could serve CRAB Cannelloni when a CHEESE one was ordered. My friend did NOT wish to cause any inconvenience so sat and picked ALL the
CRAB from the plate, most unpleasant to watch. The waitress removed the charge from the Bill, but it was a
special occasion. My meal Chicken Parmasan was the WORST I have ever tasted. No way was that freshly cooked with roast potatoes. The only freshly prepared part of my meal was the vegatable's. The meal Chicken Fettuccine was the only meal that was enjoyed. So one out of three for a dinner order is pretty bad.
Considering it was my friends wish to dine in your Restaurant as it is a favourite of theirs. My friend had just
turned 80 years of age, but the whole meal and service was a disaster.

The crust was tough , hard on the bottom and the fillings were mushy and moist and it had very little meat . Would not order from here again

I LOVE Paliotti's Westside! This restaurant is fantastic for both meat eaters and vegans. They have the best caesar salad and desserts! I come in from out of town several times a year and make a point to eat at Paliotti's at least once time each visit. LOVE IT!

I ordered the family combo 1 and it was lots of food enough for the wife and I and our teenager. The Caesar salad is delicious the dressing is so good I bought a bottle. This might be our new go to

Excellent vegan food! So delicious. And so many options. They go out of their way to create a delicious vegan menu (as opposed to places who just have one option - if that!)
They also have a full vegan menu for desserts! I cannot recommend this place enough. Even my non vegan friends found it delicious!

Amazing vegan food went with my dairy and gluten allergy friend and they had so many options and were very accommodating of her allergies. The food was delicious and really big portions

My Daughter and went for dinner tonight. First time trying Paliottis west side. First I will start but saying that there was about 8 people including us. Our server was excellent and seemed to be the only one actually working out front. The Calamari was quite good but the side plates that were brought out were greasy then when new ones were brought out they were the same. My Daughter has the Chicken Fettuccine Alfredo and is had a very strong taste of nutmeg. I ordered the Diavola Veggie rice bowl/with Spicy Arrabiata. It was extremely oily and all I could taste was Sun-Dried tomatoes.

I'm very disappointed in my meal from tonight when I ordered the gnocchi. To start, it was giant chunks of mushy potato not even gnocchi size or tasted as if it was cooked, and as I was eating the first few bites, I swallow part of the plastic lid that had been melted into my food. Not happy with the amount of money spent on a meal I can no longer eat.

My go-to restaurant for pasta! Their appies are also delicious. Everyone I've brought to this restaurant has had only great things to say about the food too.

I ordered two pasta dishes from Paliottis Westside yesterday. I made sure to confirm there would be no mushrooms in either dish with the female taking the order. My Cajun Chicken Penne had a great big mushroom right on top. When you have to pick through your food to make sure it is okay to eat, it is not that enjoyable.

Eating out with our 2 year old is very difficult due to his allergies (Dairy, Eggs and Peanuts) - however eating here was a breeze! It was the first time our son could order from a kids menu without issue (Vegan menu) including dessert! The staff was excellent and really took the time to advise us on the many options for him.
My husband and I had non Vegan items ourselves and were extremely happy with them.
We are already planning our next trip back and consider it a top choice for the whole family.

I booked a reservation 1 week in advance, the reservation was lost. My friend and I felt very rushed thru our dinner (while the threat of having to move tables in the middle of our meal was a possibility) I had to ask the server 3 times to order a dish to take home to my husband. On a positive note the food tasted fine and was hot.

I came Paliotti's Westside last night for dinner with a small group of friends. Every one of of loved the food, I myself was the only vegan amongst us, I was blown away with the menu choices, it was really difficult to decide what to order. I finally ordered the Penne Pagliacci, omg it was outstanding. I really loved it. I also ordered a dish to take home for my husband, he also really loved his food. I'm used to going to a restaurant and having to settle on the one vegan item they offer. Our server was a really sweet lady, she was knowledgeable about the menu, she was super nice and professional. The decor was super modern, I loved the style. It was a very cozy and welcoming environment. I will definitely be returning regularly from now on. My husband and I are both vegan, we rarely go out to eat because there aren't too many options for us. I am glad this restaurant is here. Five stars

Make a reservation! Also, expect to be there a couple hours enjoying their relaxed dining experience.
Besides the usual menu, they also have a full vegan menu!! If you don't have time to enjoy sitting in, they deliver AND are on Skip the Dishes. I may or may not be addicted to the Chicken Caesar wrap on their lunch menu. ;)
What to order? Anything! It's all good! I believe the cream sauce are especially decadent. Save room for dessert, as the cheesecake is unbelievable. If you have no room take some home with you. You won't regret it!

I have been here quite a few times since it opened in November 2019. I have tried the Appy's, Lunch and Dinner menu. Each menu item was a great as the next. The service is really really good. I love the cozy atmosphere. Paliottis Westside is my GO TO now.
