Brought my 2010 in for recall service with low expectations. It took a few days longer than I liked but my expectations were exceeded. They did 2 recalls, one for airbag {takata) and the other the ABS brake flush. They never tried to upsell me and did a good job on my car. I wish they would call to update more, but it is easy enough to call them, they don't hesitate to answer calls. In the end I am very happy.

All things considered (covid) the purchase of our new Ford Ranger was a positive experience. Sales personnel and other staff are courteous and helpful with a no pressure attitude.

Excellent , very positive experience, all the staff and employees are making sure that you are being treated with respect , and they understanding what ever the issue would be. They help with all issues, or concerns you may have as a costumer. I highly recommend Fraser Ford to all my friends.
