Great store. Joe and Val have done a wonderful job. I like that they are carry seasonal Ontario produce. They also have much better (easily openable) plastic bags in the produce department.

Best donuts never a problem as mentioned below. Are they speaking about the same grocery store...very odd. Neat, clean and mostly all friendly.

Excellent products at good prices; convenient location and parking. Some reviews say they don't have flyer items, but I've very seldom ever experienced that. Nice size, well laid out and easy to find stuff. Their produce is excellent; maybe because they obviously sell a lot, it doesn't have time to get old. PC Express pickup is efficient and easy; and I usually get everything ordered. Staff are usually pretty good, although they are likely short-staffed as everybody is these days.

This is a very well run store. It is always clean and has sufficient cashiers, Re-stocking of the shelves is done on the night shift so you don't have pallets blocking the aisles like some other stores. I registered a complaint online about a product that was not carried and Scott called me and had the product brought in. Excellent customer service. I would always use this No-Frills store even if I was closer to another. I feel my business is appreciated.

I just wanted to take this opportunity to give Gurpreet and Vikas at the Weston Road Mobility Kiosk a raving review. The first time I went in I dealt with Gurpreet. Service from Gurpreet was smooth, she was informative, and asked the right questions regarding my mobility needs. Second visit I dealt with Vikas. Once again! Thumbs up for service excellence. Since this pandemic has arrived , i have shopped at different grocery stores trying to find one i felt comfortable and safe in. I have shopped at No Frills before the pandemic but hadn’t been back since . Today I arrived @ 9:30 and was greeted by a very friendly security guard, inside the store the floors where clearly marked , most everyone where following the rules and if they didn’t they where reminded in a polite way, most of the items I wanted where there , check out was a breeze .
