I shopped for a jacket today and had a salesperson named Linh. She was so knowledgeable about the waterproof breatheable jackets that I was looking for. She took time to tell me about the various jackets and helped me find just what I was looking for. A great salesperson.

I am usually able to get an appt. within a reasonable amout of time. I have never had a negative experience.
