I use Softron in Toronto & I told my sister about their great Service. I wasn't sure if the level of service would be the same at all the locations. My Sister was extremely happy with the great service that she got at the Newmarket GO Location. We would recommend Softron to all our family & friends.

I filed my own taxes and two months later I received a letter from CRA asking me to pay some money back to them. I was so worried had no clue what to do? One of my friend referred me to Softron. I went there and they fixed it within no time and I had no liability towards CRA.
The staff at Softron is great, very pleasant people to deal with.
I recommend everyone for taxes to go and experience great and reliable service at Softron.

I booked my tax apt thinking my taxes from last year would be straight forward and an easy process. Turns out I forgot I went to school to two different places and paid tuition (lol) so the process took wayyy longer than expected but Breda handled it like a pro! She didn’t complain once and was positive throughout the entire process. I would recommend this place to everyone!
