Recently Torque do a pre-MVI inspection on a used car I was considering and these folks saved my butt. They were extremely reasonable to deal with and were honest and forthright when they told me to run away from this vehicle. Not only would I go back, they will probably do my next pre-MVI inspection in the coming days!!

Today I accidentally locked my keys in my car !!! I have never done this in my life !!! To make matters worse my dog and my cell phone were in there , Luckily a friend lived near so I went there and she called BUTTS, then drove me to my car. A service man was there and got my car unlocked I believe his name was Chad . When he left I proceeded to leave and got stuck in deep snow. He had seen this and came back and got me out , HUGE SHOUT OUT to this man and EXCELLENT SERVICE. Lena S.

Not knowing where to go, I researched on Facebook and the internet for the best place to take your vehicle, and everyone kept referring to LeBlanc's. I'm a mechanic myself,due to chronic illness and no longer having the proper facility I've been paying others to do more and more of my auto repairs of late. I'll say this, it's in the small details that Walter has shown himself to be a knowledgeable, competent and most importantly, honest mechanic. If I can't do it myself then he's the guy. Rates are very fair. His debit terminal was down on one visit, he told me to bring the money by later, in today's world, that's a rare one. 10 stars+++

I cannot say enough about Steele Ford Lincoln. I bought a MKX and 2 weeks later when I went to open the moon roof, it was defected. I have to say the Service department with Trish Boutlier , the General Manager and David Crocker who sold me the car were 100%. I ended up with a loaner car from the dealer ship which seemed like forever and cannot thank them enough for all they did. I now have my vehicle home and would not hesitate to recommend this dealership to everyone who wants to buy a vehicle
