The entire Cozy world team was great to work and would not hesitate to recommend them to any of my friends and family. Thanks for the great work our furnace runs great! After all the hassle of dealing with another local company ($1200 later ...only to be told we should just get a new furnace because their repairs didnt fix the problem!!) we decided to move on from them and get a rental furnace from Aire One. The monthly rate is very affordable and the idea of not having to worry about any additional costs if something were to happen was a great option for us.

We were told to call Freezie Cat to service our brand new Jenn Air oven which was not heating up. I spoke with a very pleasant & helpful woman at their office and setup an appointment in a couple of days. I have used Air Conditioning Experts for various things over the past 25 years and have to say I am many years late in posting this review as this is not my normal practice.
Obviously, I have always been pleased with the service & pricing as I am still using this company. I have had a/c systems, no heat calls and recently, I have had an oil furnace removed, replaced with a high efficiency gas furnace.
