Naiad’s technicians, Josaphat and John, did an amazing job replacing the original popup sprinkler system controller and installing a new wireless Wi-Fi sprinkler control panel in a more ideal location in our garage. They also inspected our sprinkler system, made the necessary repairs, and turned it on for the season, so we didn’t have to book another appointment. The Owner of this company gives AMAZING Honest service. I called AAA Towing, felt like I wasn’t a priority to them and they gave a $90 quote to change my flat tire and an hour wait. The next call I made was to Hook-N-Go. The Owner answered the phone, said he could be with me within 20 min and gave me a $70 quote. He was very courteous and obviously was all about giving the best customer service he could. I gave him a very nice tip, because small businesses like that need to flourish. Lire plus

I called RW Electric after-hours to solve an electrical problem in my condo. When they arrived they diagnosed the problem quickly - a faulty GFCI breaker. RW advised that exact replacements were no longer available, and the equivalent was too large to fit in the panel, so the best solution was a remanufactured unit. The breaker was expensive, but it was installed the next day, it looks just like a new, and I have a one year warranty for parts and labor. 100% satisfied. Would call them again. Lire plus
