They were very helpful when I called after my car broke down. With Covid tow trucks dont take passengers, Deans offered to pick me up to take me home. Then picked me up when the repair was done. They went so far as to call Nissan and confirm I had all the info I needed to be reimbursed because my vehicle was still under warranty, but I had no way of getting to North Bay or Bracebridge to a Nissan dealership. My husband & I were on vacation in the Bracebridge/Muskoka area when we ran into car trouble. When we arrived at C.T. Bracebridge Dave & Peter went above and beyond to help us, they not only got our car up on the hoist right away BUT drove us to our cruise on Lady Muskoka so we would not miss it while our car was being fixed.
