I have known Nisal for years now and he has been excellent with me and all my business dealings with his company. Nabi (who runs the shop) is kind, helpful and friendly. They are trustworthy, reliable, reasonably priced, never try to take advantage of people. As a result, they are busy .. but do their best to fit clients in. A tow truck driver suggested this shop and he was right. Five-year customer.

Auto Island is the underrated dealership in North York and should be praised for Customer Service as well as plenty of vehicles to choose from and great mechanics who do fabulous work for safety. Financing is easy to do and warranties that are purchased are 3x the coverage for half the cost of other dealerships. I would give them 10 stars if I could

Washed up at Lou's after the alternator on my truck failed EB on the 401. Carlos and Tony could not have done more. Clearly they were already fully booked, but in order to get me back on the road to Ottawa as quickly as possibl they went over and above. Courteous and competent. The cost was certainly reasonable as well. I cannot say enough in favour of these guys.
