The Stoney Creek location has been a great help to me and my furbabies since it opened. Before that I faithfully went to your Brantford location Sometimes there is a little wait time, but always worth it... I personally have NEVER had an issue with Beattie. You've helped my babies live life to the fullest and when they needed the help, you so respectfully helped my babies to rest. I would be so lost and stressed if it wasn't for you. Dr. Guest is awesome. She was critical in helping save our 1 year old Flat Coat Retriever. identifying his ailment as an allergic reaction to food and recommending a diet that was instantly effective. Cant thank her enough

I have taken my cats to this clinic for many many years and they have always been amazing.
During the toughest of visits ( end of life assistance) they have gone above and beyond with their conpassion and care. They are always informative and open to any questions. Another great factor is that they are affordable.

My dog seemed in pain & kept hiding,not acting like himself. I was out of town so I had to do an online search to find an ER vet. I'm so pleased I found this one with excellent service Dr. Noorlander provided,he's very caring & knowledgable. He did a thorough exam & didn't rush through. He took his time to explain things. I learned more in that vet visit than I have in many vet visits elsewhere in the past. The RVT Helma was so kind too. She was very courteous & put us both at ease (my dog & me)

Dr.Mann is an amazing vet and is not out to hit you in the wallet. They're a husband and wife team and genuinely care for animals. She is very thorough, does what is best for your animal and she is extremely knowledgeable. Her interest is in the health of your animal and not in charging you ridiculous prices to take advantage. If you want a Vet that truely has your family members best interests in mind and at heart. I would highly recommend this clinic as they have been absolutely fantastic!!!

I went to Tower D on a recommendation after a bad experience with another vet. My cat hates his carrier, but won't come out at the vet. My old vet would drag him out by the scruff of his neck. At Tower Drive, great care, the dr actually took time to dismantle the carrier around him and remove the top, and then only lifts him out gently if he has to weigh him or otherwise needs to. I was impressed in so many ways with the gentle care at Tower Road. Also no extra unnecessary and duplicated tests.

I truly recommend this Hospital. For 10 years I have been going to this Hospital with my Schnauzer dog (my buddy) and Dr. Bhullar is very caring and knowledgeable. He listens to your concern and gives the options and solution to my dog problems. The staff is extremely nice and polite as well. The price is affordable and Dr. Bullar also tells you exactly what you are paying for. I had two emergencies with my dog and the Hospital always found one spot for me to come on the same day... The best!

Recently we took our little Daisy to this clinic. It was after midnight, Daisy was not eating or drinking. The vet was really good with our Daisy, and when we couldn't save her, they were kind to us during the process of letting her go. We were never rushed at all. Have been with Drs. Teeger and Cormier at Secords for close to 30 years. They have diagnosed problems early and treated them immediately. One of my cats is approaching 21 years and they have successfully treated her breast cancer since March 2008. A few years ago my other cat had serious problems, so they brought in a cardiologist and ultrasound specialist to better diagnose and recommend treatment for him. They are progressive thinkers and hired a homeopathic vet several years ago to provide alternative treatments. Would not even consider going elsewhere.

I've been going here for 5 years now. Annual check-up for my dog is quick and inexpensive.
They offer discounts to customers who use their kennel services. On average, cheaper than a franchise-store services. Kennel services includes daily walks.
Good location and easy to get to right on Main St with accessible parking.
Overall, I'm satisfied with their services.

They keep our fur family well cared for and we never have to remind them about what is what with whom because they are 100% prepared for every appointment. They remind us about things that need doing and call to check when we have a sick family member. The vets and staff are so nice and very professional.
