Dr. Shawn Smith is a very professional veterinarian and a great surgeon. We are a cats breeder and have to come to a veterinarian hospital very often, because of vaccinations, neutering. When our oldest cat got sick, they were very thorough in trying to find out what was wrong and what the chances were of her living a normal life if we did surgery and/or medicated her. In the end, we decided it was best to let her go and they were extremely supportive and empathetic the whole time. We even received a sympathy card a few weeks later. No complaints with any of their services so far!

Excellent staff and excellent vets. They go above and beyond. Very compassionate. I have been to many vet clinics and this one is the best in my opinion. They can always squeeze in an appointment for my personal cats and cats who belong to a cat rescue I volunteer with. They do not treat the cats any differently. They have always displayed respect for myself and the cats.
I would highly recommend them.

Best veterinarian clinic ever! I have traveled the country and have never witnessed such a lovely clinic as this. The clinic is blessed with very knowledgeable and gifted staff in every department; they are kind, compassionate, friendly, efficient, timely and professional. They are honorable and trustworthy, and their prices are very reasonable. I could never imagine choosing another veterinarian clinic. My mind is at ease knowing they are, always, giving the best care to my fur-baby.
