I recently posted a review about the problems I had here. Since then they contacted me, reimbursed what I had paid elsewhere to have it fixed, and offered to help with any future issues. Though I had a problem in the first place, they were quick to address it and followed through with their promise.

As an income property investor, Bert Grimmon Electric is my right arm when it comes to electrical issues. I have employed them for two separate properties. They've upgraded panels, rewired basement suites, added outlets, installed GFIs where required, and installed 3-way switches, interconnect smoke alarms and motion sensors. My hot water tank packed it in and I needed a new one installed. Within a day, I was enjoying a seemingly endless supply of hot water from my larger tank. The worker was very friendly and clean. Chandra. Is. Amazing. Period. My uncle and dad introduced me to his business. I have been going for oil changes and have had various problems looked at over the last 3 years or so, including brakes and check engine lights. He has also inspected a vehicle I was selling and barely charged. He NEVER overcharges and he is always fast and reliable he won’t fix things that don’t need fixing but he does extras without piling on cost. An honest honourable reliable place to take your car!!
