Very friendly and professional atmosphere. Large T.V in sitting area and soft music in treatment rooms. Dr. Walter Friedl and son are experts as well as up to date on the latest dental treatment available today! It's nice to find a friendly dentist, but even better when you have a dentist you can joke and kid around with. These are things that can put you too ease when seeing a dentist. He is also a perfectionist when it comes to the way your teeth look and the treatment(s) needed to correct

Patient and informative. I had an emergency extraction recently. Instead of instead of instantly pulling it with the pliers, he used other tools to slowly loosen it first making the extraction effortless. My kids like him as well as he makes them feel comfortable. I would recommend him to anyone needing a dentist.

I'm a patient of Dr Potyka for 29 years and I'm positive she is the best Dentist ever.
She is very busy but I didnt have to wait to be taken care of longer than 1 minute.
Trough 29 years I didnt loose any teeth and any fixes stay forever.
Receptionists are very nice and profetional.

My children love coming here. The employees are super nice and accommodating. Samia the hygienist always puts the kids at ease and makes them feel comfortable. It is the best dental office in Windsor. Dr Diwan has to one of the most involved dentist I have seen. Over all super pleased, loved coming here!
