I am extremely happy with the high level of service I have received from the installation crew, and service. The Sales Rep is outstanding following up to make sure everything was done to my satisfaction and that there were no problems.

Boy can you tell when a buisness has experience, from the moment I called to when the basement was pumped out, sewer unpluged, furnace and hot water tank replaced and some drainage changed.
Some of these smaller outfits charge more than a professional one.

Joe(owner) and Mike(sidekick) are knowledgeable, considerate, professionals. Who listened to my concerns, the problems I was having with my boiler, they got to work,not wasting my money, brought in extra workers and had my boiler up and running. Added parts that should have been installed years before. They were very courteous, explaining & answering all of my questions/ worries. They were respectful (to this older woman). Cleaned up after themselves. Finally had the right fit for my home!

BDP Heating and Air Conditioning was a great company to deal with. Barry was super nice and helpful and when I called to have my condenser looked at he was there in a timely manner. His price was fair and he gave me no grief when I had a million questions for him regarding how to maintain the condenser. I'll call if needed again for sure!
