I liked the price that Penguin was offering with the tune-up so I went with them. The rep that came over was awesome. I asked him all kinds of silly questions about the air conditioning unit and he answered them like they were just common questions. He was very respectful and nice. He sat down and explained different things about the unit cause I have two different brands and we just talked about getting a new unit. Now new unit is working fine and overall, I’m totally satisfied.

Had Noris Heating and Cooling come out to install a new AC. They were great and did a nice job. clean up was done well . overall great experience.

CJ and Jack were great! They were able to come by within a day's notice and were knowledgeable and great to work with! The took care of warranty work for my Sta-Rite pool heater and followed up with customer service that was above and beyond what I would have expected. Highly recommended for you pool servicing needs! I had one of your dealers install a 98% modulating furnace on January 5/ 2009 . We have enjoyed the added comfort to our rec room area and can barely notice when it is running.
Or gas bill has dropped by at least 30% and bellieve that our hydro consumtion has been reduced as well.

We had a major leak in our main water pipe just below the foundation. We called Howell Mechanical and they assessed the break and arranged to have a technician come. The technician was thoroughly professionaland worked quickly to fix the problem. The work was completed in one day and we would not hesitate to call them again. The rates were very reasonable.
