These people are really professional they make an accurate diagnosis, and the price is reasonable and appropriate. They do not replace things that don't need replacing and do not escalate the price, which is a favorite trick for some other mechanics to take your money. I use this shop regularly because I trust them, and definitely recommend highly.

We were travellers passing through and the brakes of our VW van broke. At auto works they expedited the order of the new parts.
We are grateful for their customer service, speedy delivery of service and expert knowledge. This may have come at a premium cost, but due to the quickness of their service, it was well worth it. Very satisfied with their work. (canadian tire said it would take 7 days, and it took them 2days).
We highly recommend this mechanic for a friendly at professional job.

I dont know why Jeff received such a nasty review from that one customer but I have to tell you that when we brought our Tiguan to him with an engine light on and previous to that we had CTC (I know I know) take a look at it and replaced the fuel pump to the tune of $1500 only to have the problem persist and another shop replacing plugs and ignition coils for another $500 again only to have the issue persist, Jeff zeroed in on clogged intake valves. Fixed it right away and car runs like new.
