I feel truly blessed to have grown up with the Banno family that owns and operates this shop. These guys have true integrity.
Never too busy to explain things in greater detail. On days like today when its -40°C and everyone has a broken car, they take time away from their lives and their families, working late, just to help make sure their friends and loyal customers are safe. And they do their due diligence to learn about your make and model of car, so you dont have any surprises.

These guys are incredible!!!!! Very outgoing, Friendly I made me feel like an important customer even though I was just there to get a headlight changed. It has been a very long time since I’ve been to a business in which their customer service was outstanding. Great Shop! I took my 1996 BMW 750il there after my drive belt got shredded. I was very impressed when I called because they are so knowledgeable. They had it looked at the very first day and let me know what needed to be done. The price was great and so was the service. I will take all of my cars there in the future and recommend them to all of my friends and family! If you have an older BMW or Benz take it here.

My RV was broken down at an intersection in cochrane on a busy August weekend. I was being honked at, people were shaking their fists at me (unbelievable), and my girls were sitting at a campground by themselves in Field. I was upset, a little desperate and feeling vulnerable (single lady alone). The Ama driver referred me to JD's auto center that would take me in right away to at least look at it (some i'd called were saying 2 weeks away even to give an opinion!) The mechanic looked at it right away and did some minor repairs/cleaned the fuel filter and sent me on my way without insisting I needed a new fuel pump etc. Ie. He was honest. The shop stayed open a bit later to accommodate me. I know how uncaring people in this world can be these days.... That day reset my faith in humanity and I was on the road that night; made it to Field at dusk to find my 2 frightened, much-relieved girls sitting at a picnic table at dusk. Can't thank you guys enough!!! -Heather

Old fashioned approach to fixing vehicles. Good thorough and honest summary of what is wrong with prioritized plan to rectify them. Different options of using the best parts, regular parts or even used offered. No fancy person at computer desk trying to see how much work and money they can take you for. One such shop wanted over 3K from me. Nic was $1300 cheaper using the best parts and all with warranty.

Excellent customer service.. Mechanic knows what he is doing and he shows you what is wrong with your car and makes sure that you see it unlike other mechanics when they just call through all the problems to your list even unnecessary stuff just so they make more money out of labour hours
