Ken is a master craftsman, and a caring individual. After 20 years, I am pretty sure his warranty has expired ! Regardless, when I called him (after he had done all our cabinetry 20 years earlier) about some cabinetry issues (not his issues) he came over, spent an hour or more, resolved my problem, and ordered some other parts to help me.
