We just got married on June 19 (2010) and used The Party Centre for our tent, chair, table, linens, soundsystem, and lighting. They were extremely professional, and accomodated all of our requests. This company was a pleasure to work with and I would highly recommend them.

Because the store is overloaded with merchandise it's challenging to know where, what you need is. I usually I find an employee or especially the manager who seems to know where everything is, and she is VERY willing to help. Terry.

I called yesterday checking to see if there was an item in the store before making the trip to the store and before I could finish my explanation I was rudely cut off twice. I called a third time and was able to get help from someone who sounded more mature. The first two employees sounded younger. I did complain to the third person who was more courteous and customer friendly. However, my instore experience was great.

Fantastic! Great selection, Great Service. They have EVERYTHING. I am responsible for large corporate and sometimes political events. I have been dealing with Enchanted Events for a couple of years now. They ALWAYS go beyond the call of duty and NEVER disappoint. Call them, if you want to get it right.
