This is a great place to bring your pet if you’re wanting kind and knowledgeable staff! Selita in particular is very kind and genuinely cares for every animal that comes in, no matter what they’re in for. It’s nice to deal with such kind staff who put your pet’s needs ahead of everything else. I would definitely recommend this clinic to anyone looking for a vet!

Dixie Road Pet Clinic, Dr Yamada and staff were amazing with my 2 year old german shepherd Sam. He is very nervous of the vets and Dr Yamada and staff did everything they could to make his first visit great.

I've dealt with a lot of vets in the last 11 years, and this is hands down the best clinic I've been to. They're caring, thorough, professional, and they never try to push anything on you. They give you your options and let you decide. Their prices are pretty good too!! I highly recommend any of the veterinarians at this clinic!!

We knew we needed to put our 20 year old cat down and were referred to Derry Heights. The nurse was so comforting and helped us make it through the process. The vet was a very nice man as well. He checked Ziggy and assured us that we were making the right decision. We thought she was in pain and he could see that she was. I would definitely refer people to them. Because of Dr. Steve Dunn & staff of Streetsville Animal Hospital, I will get to chase sticks, go camping, swim in lakes, and lick my family’s faces again! My family and I will never be able to thank you enough for saving me. At various stages in my short life, many humans have given up on me — but not you! Your acts of professional and personal compassion in performing life-saving surgery when all seemed lost, have enabled me to rejoin my ecstatic family.

Addendum by Parker's Family ...
Dr. Dunn has been our vet for more than 8 years now. He and his wonderful staff have consistently provided our 3 dogs and 1 cat with outstanding veterinary care. From wellness checkups to emergency consultations and surgery (and quite literally, everything in-between), Streetsville Animal Hospital has worked in partnership with us to provide our pets with exceptional healthcare. Each visit, we've been impressed with both the time alloted to us to discuss our pets' wellbeing and Dr. Dunn's encyclopedic mind when analyzing the potential medical conditions that animals are unable to express themselves. We view Dr. Dunn as being a compassionate animal advocate and problem solver. We are so thankful that our family can entrust our precious pets to Streetsville Animal Hospital.

last month we faced the worst day in a pet owners life. our beloved st. Bernard, Attila had to be put down. he was eleven plus years old. for a terrible day to be more positive experience is a huge feat. Dr. Goldie is an angel of mercy. her bedside manner and honest love of animals is apparent right away. well done Dr.Goldie. god bless you.

Got my dog neutered they’re, they are all very well mannered and someone came out to assist us while we were waiting outside (due to covid) they took our dog (who loved her by the way) and explained the procedure. We left and they called us right after he went to sleep telling us he’s about to go in, then called us an hour later when he finished and told us he’s doing great. We got our dog back about 4 hours later and they gave us a manual explaining what to expect and what to do. Great service.

I am very happy with how this clinic handles my dog with behaviours. My dog is aggressive and needs to be muzzled. Visits are scheduled to accommodate him and the veterinarians and staff tend to him professionally; with care and kindness. He just had his teeth surgically cleaned. The cost was more than reasonable. Again, he was admitted to accommodate his aggression; a time I could be there when sedated. His teeth are super clean and white and he came home awake, not groggy. Thank you!
