George Hontzias and his wife Voula first opened this long-standing family business in 1978. Now their three daughters and their husbands, Panagioti and Angela Lathiras, George and Mary Kourouniotis, and Alex and Dimitra Fotopoulos, all work together to keep the pizza flowing.
“I started here eight years ago,” Peter says. “We all work together. We do everything from bartending to managing, cooking to washing dishes, whatever is needed. Everything is fun in the restaurant, I love it.”
