WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE, THAT I EVER HAD. CHANGED FROM VIRGIN TO TELUS, AND THE REPRESENTATIVE GAVE ME A SIM CARD WITHOUT THE ATTACHMENT FOR MY PHONE. IT HAS BEEN ALMOST A MONTH, AND STILL I CANNOT USE MY PHONE. I, AND THE REPRESENTATIVE DID ALL THE PAPERWORK, AND AFTER THAT HE GAVE ME THE GREEN SIM CARD, THAT WAS OBVIOUSLY MISSING THE PIECE. I THINK THE REPRESENTATIVE WAS SLEEPING BECAUSE HE SHOULD HAVE NOTICED THE MISSING PIECE OFF THE SIM CARD. JUST SAD!!
