Grove RV

I ordered a part and I followed up a month later as nobody had contacted me. I was just informed they did not order the part as they no longer carry the trailer brand. Now I have to start over apparently to find a dealer that carries the brand to order it from the manufacture. Thanks Grove RV for your customer service.

Marty is a great sales representative: responsive, knowledgeable, and cared about the customer relationship. Although we are disappointed that the deal crashed (over a $325 difference), we appreciated Marty's patience and perseverance in trying to push for a win-win!

Traded my RV at Grove and stored my new one there. Mike Duffy is the BEST salesman I have ever dealt with. If you are in the market for an RV talk to him. I swear you will not be disappointed. He gave me an honest deal. It wasn't anything near what I expected. It worked out FAIR for both of us.
