Brought my bike in for repair of an issue, despite charging me for the repair the issue was not resolved and caused damage to the new parts I was forced to purchase. I brought the bike back in again they stated it was fixed. 10 m from the door I could tell it was not. Great, prompt, and friendly service. Very Informative, knowledgeable, and helpful. Awesome selection of accessories and parts. Nice selection of bicycles! Reasonable price and excellent service. It’s a small family run business and thorough attention to details was given. It is definitely, much better than department stores. The price point is unmatched anywhere in lower mainland. Good family run business. Their have been around for almost 20 years. Highly recommended.
