Having worked in the auto industry since 1997, Vimal has plenty of experience as a mechanic. He developed an innate understanding of the industry during the nine years he spent training and apprenticing at a car dealership.
Because of this experience, he decided to venture out on his own and in 2008, Westcoast Auto Repairs opened for business, one that prides itself on providing superior customer service.
“We’ve been pretty lucky,” says Vimal. “From the start, we had a lot of support from family and friends. That support grew quickly in the local community. Once people started coming to the shop, our return customer base grew quickly, and it hasn’t really stopped since we opened.”
