It would be a zero star review if I was able to due to the fact of how incompetent and ignorant the entire company is , do not use apm to rent from or manage your rental property. You’ll be lied to and pushed to the back burner and ignored , they will send multiple different “ property managers” and never fill them in on the details Or they will just completely ignore you until your contract is up or they make something up to try to evict you . Hands down the worst company I’ve dealt with

Five-star company. APM has managed our rental houses in Kelowna for over 8 years and has made owning an investment property worry-free. They have found us great tenants over the years and allow an owner to be as involved or uninvolved as they like. Would definitely recommend this company.

My property manager, Jo-Ann Cook left for holidays and didn't remit rent payment due to me properly - leaving me stranded... I DO NOT recommend her.
