La-Z-Boy Les Galeries de Meubles

The product has declined in quality over the years. We bought our third (and last) set of couches (sofa and love seat) 19 months ago. They have changed up the batting in the cushions and they are so flattened and collapsed we have had to buy new couches (not LazyBoy) already. The product has truly become garbage.

Very disappointed with our experience. We went in to purchase 2 recliners, as we currently have 2 La-Z-Boy recliners we want to replace. We found exactly what we wanted but they only had 1. We asked if they could order another in but we’re told no. They checked to see what was available in the color we wanted and we were told there was nothing. Interesting, as when I checked on the website there were plenty.

Cathy the sales associate that dealt with us was very friendly, but not overbearing, she let us browse but was there if we had any questions. I even told my wife I was just going to browse & probably not purchase, but its because of Cathy that I did purchase a very comfortable recliner!! Thank You Cathy!! Jim

Found a chair we liked from great selection. Arranged to pick it up a week later. Was there in warehouse waiting as promised. Loaded very carefully. A great experience!

Wonderful staff, great selection of furniture and decor items, smooth purchase experience and absolutely no complaints regarding the occasional need for a service call. I LOVE this store and what they offer.

Do not buy from La-z-Boy in Kelowna. They DO NOT stand behind their product. We have flawed chairs and they refuse to do anything. When we took the photos of the chairs in, three different employees all agreed there was a problem. They agreed so much that they agreed to replace the arms but when the new arms arrive they have the same problem. Now Ben - apparently General Manager and owner according to him - refuses to do anything. I would post his photo but he would likely sue
