*updated They made an effort to reach out to me to remind me to pick up the parcel (which I couldnt) when I stressed the importance of the delivery of this parcel, they sent it back out for redelivery at a date they could be sure I would be home to receive it. Purolator as a business blows chunks. If you can reach the drop depot, though, they will really take care of you!!

The tracking claims that I have been contacted for 12 days to arrange delivery. FALSE. I have NEVER been contacted.

Delivery five days late. Tracking info fabricated. On calling company advised that items were placed on wrong truck twice. No explanation for misrepresentative tracking which said that nobody was available to sign - had been home all day on all days, gate wide open. Home security cam footage indicated no delivery/truck. When I asked for an escalation was hung up on.

I ordered from a store that uses this courier. Well it will be the last time as it was just one big headache. They said they tried to deliver twice in one day. I don t believe it. I gave phone number and the person to whom the order was going to was home all day and heard nothing. I guess Amazon gets my business as it uses great delivery services.
