Unfortunately, every other negative review on this site and others are valid. I have been to this place half a dozen times, I confirm that the service can swing from extremely poor to Ok to good (inconsistent). This is due to the fact that there is a high turn-over rate among the unskilled employees hired at low wages here and the the owner being on vacation often (lack of over sight). Dishonest and poor communication - No communication when the cut I requested for my dog needed to be adjusted. The adjustment to the cut was not the groomers fault but I live 10 minutes away and would have appreciated a phone call to discuss before they shaved my dog completely. - Prices posted on there website (see photo attached) are not honored. They charged $70 for a full groom on my 8 lbs dog when it should have been $55 as posted. They were unwilling to match their posted

Lovely groomers. Sally is well looked after, groomed beautifully and very happy when we pick her up.

This is a fabulous place to take your dog. They are wonderful with the animals. There are some places my dog takes exception to, but not TopDog. He always Feels better after a trip to the spa!

Were referred here and going since our dog was a puppy - our dog doesn't love going, but doesn't hate it either. Have tried other places & were disappointed. Elena works in front of the big glass window - once returned for p/up and saw my dog sitting underneath her stool as she worked. AND we were fostering a dog that was very nervous and agitated. She really needed a good groom and I brought her in - she was totally different dog when I picked her up - happy and calm. Elena is a dog whisperer.

They took our large breed at the last minute and for that I was grateful, but the job was patchy and appeared to be a bit rushed. I can't fault them though as I was also in a rush and didm't bring it to their attention at the time. I don't think I would use them again.
