BC Watch Repair

Took my antique Rolex in with a broken hairspring. (A common fix for these watches) I paid $400 but it wasn't fixed correctly. I took it back 5 times over the next year and it got worse each time. After the last time, it didn't work at all and could not be fixed. I took it to two reputable dealers who looked at it and said it had been destroyed with wrong parts put in it & some damaged parts. Had to sell it for parts to re coupe repair costs. My $5000 Rolex destroyed.

After we had our clock repaired I realized the original dial of clock had been replaced and went back to BCWR. I showed Mohammad a photo of our original dial to prove it had been replaced and he yelled at me. His wife who was not there when I took the clock to BCWR and had not seen our dial, defended him and shouted and swore at my brother who was with me. They called the police and seemed oddly happy about it because the cops would tell us to leave and advise us to contact BBB and small claims.

My sister originally gave gave BC watch repair 5 stars but have now reassessed them. We realised that the original silver dial (clock face) of the clock had been changed for a lacquered one with poorly painted numbers. She went back to Mohammed. He was rude his wife swore at me. Police came, said they could do nothing but write an Incident Report. I have since read another review of Mohammed having similarly changed a watch face.

This guy is a master craftsman with a heart of gold! We heard great things about Mohamed from other reviews but put off repairs of a vintage luxury watch for our daughter's university graduation until an unreasonably sort period of time before her celebration. Even with a "crazy-short" turnaround time, he gave us a beautifully refurbished watch in time for her graduation, and at an exceptionally reasonable price! We won't go to anyone else, from now on, any timepiece repair!

Honest people, went to get my Movado Automatic fixed and in one week it was done and ready. They even gave me some maintenance tips for the future. Will definitely recomend them.
