    ..peace of mind

    My rental house has been managed by Kahl Realty and Property Management for over 4 years. Since Tita became my manager three years ago, I have peace of mind in the knowledge the house is taken care of by this team. Tita is professional, approachable, available and goes the extra mile in her management job. She is an excellent liaison between landlord and tenant if the need arises. I highly recommend Tita and her team at Kahl Realty to anyone considering a property management company.

    I have used Kahl ...

    I have used Kahl Realty for almost three years to manage a rental property in the Westshore of Victoria. I have been most impressed by the staff in general, and our property manager, Tita in particular. This business holds itself to a high standard and has promptly rectified any issues that I have had. Being an absentee-landlord can be a worrying prospect and it is nice to know that Tita and her team are there to look after the property. I would recommend this team without hesitation.

    I have been a rental client of Kahl Realty & Property Management for almost four years. I have always found the team to be quick in response to any of my needs or enquiries while being professional and pleasant to work with. Tita, the current property manager is a pleasure to do business with and a joy to spend time with. I highly recommend Kahl Realty if you are looking for a fantastic place to rent or perhaps buy. Kahl will ensure your every need is met so you can enjoy your home worry free.

    Nothing but a Headache!!

    I don't know anything about buying or selling a home from this business but if you are interested in renting from them....don't do it! I called about a property that Cornelia was renting for her client and I was told to leave my number for her to call back...never did. I called her the next day and asked about the property, she said it was out of town and practically booted me off the phone. I called again a week later and asked if she could send photos because I live in the Okanagan and cant go look myself. She hemmed and hawed and basically said no....I told her I cant rent it if I cant see it...she agreed but didn't offer a solution. She said she was too busy and that was it. I asked her if she was interested at all in renting the place and if this was a property management company and she began to argue with me...I had to hang up on her. I feel sorry for her client and the owner of this company...what a poor representation of this company through Cornelia, and the client is getting ripped off as she doesn't even try to rent their property...she is not even doing her job!! It was like banging my head against a wall trying to speak with her. I am a business development professional, I work from home and myself and my dog come with stellar references. I probably would have been a perfect tenant for the home owners but she was "too busy"

    We appreciate the review and had let the employee go shortly after the review was published. We wished we were able to respond to the complainant directly and offer our apologies as this treatment does not reflect our business standard of care.
