Dufresne Furniture & Appliances Store

My girlfriend bought a mattress and bedframe from dufresne and paid for delivery and set-up. Turns out when dufresne set it up they never installed support legs down the centre. The bed began to sag towards the middle damaging the mattress. Dufresne told us that they could not replace the mattress because the warranty was void because it wasnt properly supported. Then they said we had to pay for the replacement support legs. No compensation at all for their mistake. NEVER BUY HERE!

Staff greeted you as soon as you walked into the store. No pressure to buy. Saleswoman was very helpful.

Super disappointed in this company, we purchased all of our appliances from Dufresne two years ago. we purchased an extended warranty to cover all of the appliances for 4 years. My fridge broke on March 22nd, I called the customer service line, long story short... it took 3 weeks for someone to service my area (45min-1hr north of Winnipeg), only to be told that it will be another 5-7business days for parts, it has now been A MONTH without a working fridge, beyond disappointed in this company.

I have bought several bed sets from Dufresne. They always have great sales, and a knowledgeable staff.
