I was very disappointed when I discovered I had been sold an expensive cleaning product that I did not need. The owner tried to up-sell me a $500 coffee-maker as well. All I needed to do was unscrew a small part and clean it with a toothbrush. He had to have known this. I wish I would have tried that before even phoning Morell's to inquire. I did not use the cleaning product but they have a policy of no returns--ever. Very unprofessional.
