sad service and worst experience - never again

all the reception girls are so rude! they don’t even make you feel welcome. i looked online to see the timing of the salon and it said that they close at 8. i went in at 7:20 and the receptionist didn’t even say hi or anything, all she said was “we are closed.” i told her that online says 8 and if i could just get my eyebrows done and she said “no we’re closed.” she didn’t even look up at me. SO RUDE. just because of those reception girls i will never go there again! they don’t deserve business!

Chinguacousy and Williams location. I walked in and didn't have the coupons and the woman I'm assuming was the manager had a very bad attitude about it. And while I was looking for it in my car she came outside and gave me a sorry look. Never going to this location again.

Best salon really good services. And the manager name pinky she is really nice .she knows how to treat coustemers. I think ppl should try this salon .i really like there services.
