My friends and I are regulars at this location...

My friends and I are regulars at this location because we work in the same plaza. We go for the fishbowl drinks, and usually share an appetizer. The staff take care of us adequately. They're also quite patient with us because we usually run up a high bar bill until the late hours. The more experienced servers however take really good care of you, and don't hesitate to please. I've never had one complaint about the food, either.

Doubt I'd go back

Tuesday night. Bar area was busy and there was only one server/bartender on. Clearly should have had more staff. I have had pizza bread in the past and really enjoyed it. This was too oily and cold. Sauce was runny and not flavourful. Soup was luke warm. I think the order had been sitting for quite awhile before the waitress brought it out. Waitress wasn't there for anything but the basics. Would have ordered another drink if she was around. She asked how the meal was and I told it it was "just ok & not nearly as good as I expected". She made no effort to apologize or do anything to make the experience better. Should have ordered the pizza since you can't go wrong with cold pizza...

HAD RESERVATION, IT WAS CROWDED, SERVICE WAS...

HAD RESERVATION, IT WAS CROWDED, SERVICE WAS SLOW. HAD TO WAVE DOWN SERVER MANY TIMES FOR REFILLS, NAPKINS, KETHUP. CHILDS GRILLED CHEESE WAS BURNT BECAUSE THERE WASN'T ANY CHEESE IN IT. WOULDN'T TAKE OFF BILL. FRIES COLD,, PIZZA WAS TERRIBLE AND I WAS ALSO NOT IMPRESSED THAT BECAUSE IT WAS VALENTINES THAT I HAD TO ORDER A HEART PIZZA. I WANTED A PIZZA TO FEED MY FAMILY NOT JUST 2 PEOPLE. TOTALLY OVERPRICED COST $ 153.00 could have went somewhere else for the same money and enjoyed the meal..
